Erase Feature

Unique to CST magnetic locators is our extensively field-tested "erase" feature. When a disturbance, such as a metal fence, is confronted, simply press the "erase" button and the disturbance is electronically erased for continued searching without interference. No need to reduce the sensitivity: the Magna-Trak 102 always returns to perfect magnetic balance when the "erase" button is pressed.

Power Line Indicator

This feature visually indicates the presence of power lines during a normal magnetic search.

Sensitivity

The sensitivity control adjusts smoothly providing the user with a full range of depth capabilities, equaling or surpassing competitive locators.

Volume

The volume control adjusts smoothly to the desired listening level, from a low background level to full volume. A low level audio tone is always present at the minimum setting to
indicate a "power-On" status; the pitch increases as ferrous objects are approached.
